Workforce Solutions Offers Quality Programs to Serve the
Needs of Employers and Employees
Jefferson Community College (JCC) Workforce Solutions offers education and training to
meet speci昀椀c business needs, and offers industry-speci昀椀c training to help individuals launch
a career or build skills and con昀椀dence to excel in their existing career.
Many of JCC’s Workforce Solutions workshops prepare students for nationally
recognized credentials such as certi昀椀cations and licenses. Classes meet on JCC’s
campus in Watertown, at the Lewis County JCC Education Center, Fort Drum,
and online. The College also works with area employers and development
organizations to build customized training opportunities for workforce initiatives.
Funding is available for speci昀椀c trainings!
Active-duty service members can use the Army Credentialing (CA)
program, veterans can utilize GI Bill funding, and military spouses
can access Military Spouse Career Advancement Account (MyCAA)
funding for many of Jefferson’s workforce trainings and
credentialing courses.
Federal and state 昀椀nancial aid not applicable but other funding
